Professional window installation team at work

Our Foundation

Crown Window Solutions began in 2014 when three installation specialists realized they could deliver better results by controlling the entire process. From initial consultation through final inspection, we maintain direct oversight of every project.

What started as local work in Oxfordshire has expanded across the South of England. We've completed over 2,400 installations, each one approached with the same attention to detail that defined our first project.

How We Work

Installation quality depends on factors most homeowners never see. The way we prepare openings, handle moisture barriers, and verify structural soundness determines whether your windows perform well for five years or twenty-five.

We don't subcontract installations. Every team member works directly for us and has completed our internal training program. This ensures consistency in approach and accountability when issues arise.

Our Standards

Each project follows documented procedures covering measurement, preparation, installation, sealing, and verification. These aren't arbitrary rules but lessons learned from thousands of installations across different building types and conditions.

We use materials from established manufacturers with proven track records. While this increases our costs compared to budget alternatives, it reduces failure rates and warranty claims substantially.

Why We Approach Installations Differently

The industry standard allows for installation tolerances that we consider unacceptable. A window fitted within standard tolerances but at the looser end will develop air leakage and condensation issues faster than one fitted to tighter specifications.

We measure twice, verify structural conditions before ordering, and adjust installation methods based on what we find when we remove existing units. This flexibility costs more time upfront but prevents callbacks and dissatisfaction later.

What You Can Expect

When you request a consultation, we assess your property and explain what's involved without pushing for immediate commitment. You'll receive a detailed written quote within two days.

If you proceed, we schedule at your convenience and confirm one week before installation. On the day, we protect your property, complete the work, clean thoroughly, and explain operation and maintenance before leaving.

Six weeks after installation, we return for a check inspection to verify that seasonal changes haven't revealed issues and address any questions you have about operation or maintenance.
